10 principles to overcome challenges

السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمُوَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

 1. When we see any challenge we need to TRUST ALLAH, Allah sees and hears everything and Allah can see the big picture and his mercy is so close. We need to let Allah do it his way.
2. WITH (not after) every difficulty comes ease. When you are ready to throw in the towel, this is the time to be steadfast.
3. Always think about the lesson not the problem, Allah puts us under pressure for us to be valuable. A diamond and coal are made out of the same thing, carbon, but the difference between the coal and diamond is that when you press a coal it breaks instantly but when you press a diamond it won’t break. Allah wants us to be people of value, people of substance.
4. We cannot be led by our problems, Life is like a bicycle, in order to stay balanced we must keep moving, we cannot stop at every problem.
5. We can’t let life knock us from the inside, we have to remember that Allah does not put us through anything we can’t handle, know that every single thing that you go through, Allah believes that you can get through it.
6. We need to deal with the problem not the symptoms. We need to worry about the cause and not the effect
7. We need to watch our words and not be negative. We need to say “I will try” and not “I can’t”.
8. We need to be optimistic, see hope. There was a study done with two rats who were placed in two separate tanks of water, the exit was above the rats reach, one rat was in a dark tank with no life and died in less than an hour, the other rat had a light facing the exit and lived hours longer than the first. We need to hope not despair
9. Dua, the biggest weapon of the believer.
10. Don’t complain, consult! Ask for advice.
“…No soul shall have a burden laid on it greater than it can bear…”
A note to self.
